When does my plan activate?

After you pay, your request shows as "Pending Verification." Once our team verifies the payment and an admin approves it, your plan goes live immediately.

What happens when I hit my ad limit?

You'll see a message asking you to upgrade. Existing ads stay live.

Do dealer and seller plans differ?

Yes. Dealer plans include staff accounts, CRM, bulk upload, and higher limits. Seller plans are for private owners selling their own vehicles.

Is there a refund policy?

Contact support within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are at our discretion.
